Fulton Market, we've arrived! It has been months in the making and the wait is finally over, Time Out Market Chicago is open! In the heart of it all, right on the corner of Fulton and Sangamon, Chicago’s newest food hall is 50,000 square feet (!) features 3 bars, a sprawling rooftop, second floor event space and demo kitchen and 18 of the best local eateries, all curated by Time Out. To say that we are honored to be in the company of so many amazing chefs and restauranteurs would be an understatement. At FARE numero dos (unofficial name :) you will find the same filling breakfast bowls, smoothies, and egg sandwiches starting at 8am, avocado toast, a new tahini toast, with house made apple jam and FARE granola available all day and our signature seasonal veggies to make your own bowl from 11am on. Oh, and did we mention it's all served on real plates! Fancy, we know. Not to worry, you can still get your bowl to-go, by request. We are beyond excited for this new adventure; a new neighborhood to be a part of, new peers to meet, new mouths to feed and new friends to make. If this past year and a half is any indication of what’s to come we will be learning and growing in ways we never imagined. Another perk; Time Out is open Saturdays and Sundays too! That means you never have to go a day without your FARE fix.

Time Out Market Chicago kicks off its inaugural holiday bazaar with help from SAUCED, a roving night market dedicated to an evening of food, art, and debauchery set to tunes. Join us for an evening of holiday shopping with 20 all-star vendors, a live DJ, and tastings with Tortello and Cheese Sex Death.
December 15 at 11am
Snap a festive selfie in front of Time Out Market Chicago’s cheerful backdrop, then place it in the kids' handmade holiday picture frame to create the perfect holiday takeaway. Plus, the whole family will love a featured matinee act with Mister Danny from the Chicago Magic Lounge, with a strolling act beginning at noon. Top off the experience by joining carolers from the Merit School of Music for a festive holiday sing-along beginning at 1pm.
December 19 at 8pm
Kick off Trivia @ Tony’s with six rounds of interactive holiday-themed trivia, packed with plenty of references to festive movies and songs. As an early holiday gift, every person on the winning team will take home a complimentary ticket to the Laugh Factory in Lakeview, courtesy of Brain Sportz Trivia. Look out for more trivia nights on Thursdays to come.

We are so excited to be a part the BIDE Holiday Market on December 15th at Exchange 312. BIDE Market is Chicago’s first fully sustainable, plastic-free, vegan, and cruelty-free shopping experience. We will be serving up some delicious (vegan) FARE to fuel your holiday shopping; A grain salad with roasted squash an fennel, beet hummus and seeded crackers and our vegan / gluten-free chocolate chip cookies and banana bread.
